1. Refunds

No refunds, whether full or partial, are offered. By enrolling, the user accepts this policy without exceptions. If the user encounters an issue with their purchase, they may contact our support team to evaluate alternative solutions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of JOY STUDIOS.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or reselling them without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Installment Payment Plans

If the user selects an installment payment plan, they acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is a full payment agreement, divided into installments for their convenience.
  • The full payment commitment remains in effect regardless of the userā€™s level of usage or progress in the program.
  • Failure to make an installment payment will suspend access to the content until the account is brought up to date.

5. Full Payment

In the full payment option, the user pays the total amount upfront and subsequently gains access to the content.

Once payment is made, no refunds or returns apply, even if the user chooses not to use the content.

6. Memberships (if applicable)

In the case of memberships, the user has full freedom to cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future charges, but payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Access to the membership will remain active until the expiration date of the last payment made.
